As part of the Site Support team, you’ll provide Level 2 technical support across hardware, software, and network environments, troubleshooting remotely and in person to ensure uptime and smooth performance.
What you’ll do
- Resolve incidents and service requests via the Sonic IT Service Desk (ITSM System)
- Support and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, VMware, and File/Print Servers
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to optimise system performance
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold SLAs/KPIs
- Participate in project delivery, on-call support (1 in 3 weeks), and occasional travel
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in Level 2 IT Support or Desktop/Field Support roles
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft and network-based systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organised, detail-driven, and reliable — you take pride in delivering quality support
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and ability to travel within Australia
