Application Services Analyst
We’re partnering with a leading enterprise organisation to find an Application Services Specialist to support and optimise critical business and clinical applications.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong SQL and PowerShell skills who enjoys troubleshooting, working with data, and improving system performance in a complex environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide application support across enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to maintain system availability
- Work with SQL (queries, joins, data validation, refreshes)
- Use PowerShell to automate tasks and support system processes
- Support system integrations, APIs, and data flows
- Contribute to root cause analysis and ongoing problem management
- Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations
- Maintain documentation and improve support processes
About you:
- 3+ years’ experience in Application Support (L2 environment)
- Strong SQL skills (joins, queries, data handling, troubleshooting)
- Experience with PowerShell scripting or automation
- Experience supporting enterprise or business-critical applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data, integrations, and system performance
- Strong communication skills and ability to support users
