We’re seeking an experienced Manager – Digital Channels to lead the performance, optimisation and day-to-day management of external digital platforms including websites, social media, email marketing and paid search.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Content & Communications, you will lead a team of three and play a key role in shaping and delivering digital channel strategies that connect members, stakeholders and the broader community.
You’ll oversee digital operations across websites, social platforms, email communications and paid search campaigns, ensuring channels are engaging, data-driven and aligned to broader business objectives.
Working across a collaborative and purpose led environment, you’ll partner with internal teams and external agencies to continuously improve digital performance, audience experience and channel effectiveness, while also assisting with digital budget management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise external digital channels including websites, social media, email marketing and digital platforms
- Manage paid search activity and support integrated digital campaigns
- Drive digital reporting, analytics and performance optimisation across all channels
- Assist with digital budget management, forecasting and campaign spend tracking
- Oversee digital governance, accessibility, UX and brand consistency
- Develop publishing schedules, digital standards and operational processes
- Work closely with communications, marketing and creative teams to deliver engaging campaigns
- Manage external digital agencies and partners to ensure strong delivery outcomes
- Lead and mentor a digital team, fostering collaboration, accountability and innovation
About You
You are an engaging and people focused leader who enjoys building strong relationships and creating meaningful online experiences.
You will bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience leading and developing teams
- Strong reporting, analytics and data interpretation skills
- Experience managing paid search campaigns and digital marketing initiatives
- Proven experience overseeing websites, social media, email marketing and other external digital channels
- Exposure to budget management, campaign spend tracking and performance reporting
- Strong understanding of digital governance, accessibility and user experience principles
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A collaborative, community driven approach with the ability to balance strategy and hands on delivery
