This is a hands-on role based onsite full-time in their Collingwood office, you’ll act as the L2 escalation point for desktop, hardware, and user support issues. You’ll spend your time supporting end users both remotely and face-to-face, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining devices, and travelling to sites across Melbourne when onsite assistance is required. What you’ll be doing
- Provide Level 2 support across hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Deliver both remote and face-to-face support to end users
- Travel to sites across Melbourne to resolve technical issues and support local operations
- Troubleshoot Windows desktop and endpoint issues
- Manage Active Directory tasks
- Perform basic server and infrastructure troubleshooting before escalating to specialist teams
- Assist with network troubleshooting, including connectivity, TCP/IP, and switching issues
- Work closely with Server, Network, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure teams to resolve complex incidents
- Support hardware deployments, upgrades, office moves, and technology rollouts
- Participate in an on-call roster
What we’re looking for
- Experience in Desktop Support, Site Support, End User Support, or IT Support roles
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments
- Experience supporting Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and basic infrastructure troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
Highly regarded
- SCCM, Intune, or endpoint management experience
- VMware exposure
