This organisation has recently completed a major enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementation and is now entering the next phase of platform maturity, optimisation and business enablement.
With the platform now live across the business, they are seeking a ServiceNow Product Manager to take ownership of the platform roadmap, governance, adoption, operational maturity and continuous improvement strategy.
This is a highly visible role sitting between Technology, Operations and the business, focused on ensuring the ServiceNow platform delivers measurable business value, scalability, operational efficiency and long-term capability uplift.
About the Role
You will own the ServiceNow platform from a product, operational and stakeholder management perspective, working closely with internal business leaders, Agile delivery teams and external ServiceNow partners to drive platform maturity, prioritise enhancements, improve adoption and optimise platform performance.
The environment has moved beyond implementation phase and now requires someone who can help mature governance, establish standards, improve workflows and ensure the platform evolves strategically alongside the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage the ServiceNow platform roadmap, backlog and prioritisation process
• Drive platform optimisation, governance, maturity and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities and operational improvements
• Manage relationships with ServiceNow implementation and support partners
• Establish platform standards, governance frameworks and best practices
• Work closely with Agile delivery teams to support sprint planning and roadmap alignment
• Drive ServiceNow adoption, workflow optimisation and operational efficiency
• Monitor platform health, usage, incidents, reporting and service performance
• Balance BAU operational priorities with strategic platform initiatives
• Ensure scalability, maintainability and alignment with ServiceNow best practice
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
• Strong experience managing enterprise ServiceNow environments post implementation
• Experience owning ServiceNow roadmaps, governance and optimisation initiatives
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities across ITSM and workflow automation
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments and sprint-based delivery models
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing capability
• Experience managing vendors, support partners and competing delivery priorities
• Ability to balance technical, operational and business requirements
• Strong commercial, strategic and problem-solving capability
