Are you an experienced Software Support Analyst looking to work in a technically diverse environment where you can genuinely make an impact? We’re partnering with a leading enterprise organisation to recruit an Software Support Analyst to support business-critical applications used across a large multi-site environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, working with SQL and PowerShell, supporting system integrations, and continuously improving application performance.

What you’ll be doing

As part of the Application Services team, you’ll:

• Provide Level 2 application support across a range of enterprise applications.
• Investigate and resolve application incidents, ensuring high system availability.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries, joins, data validation and database refreshes.
• Use PowerShell to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Support APIs, integrations and data flows between enterprise systems.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to ongoing problem management.
• Assist with system upgrades, enhancements and new application implementations.
• Maintain technical documentation and identify opportunities to improve support processes.

About you

You’ll bring experience supporting enterprise applications along with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Ideally you’ll have:

• 3+ years’ experience in an Application Support, Application Analyst or Systems Support role.
• Strong SQL skills, including queries, joins, troubleshooting and data validation.
• Experience using PowerShell for scripting or automation.
• Experience supporting enterprise or business-critical applications.
• Exposure to system integrations, APIs or data interfaces.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
