We're looking for an experienced Delivery Lead or Project Manager to lead the selection and implementation of a new enterprise contract management system. You don't need to be a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) specialist. What matters is that you've successfully delivered complex business systems, understand contracts and conditions, and can confidently lead a project from requirements and vendor selection through to implementation and adoption.
What you'll be doing
- Validate requirements with business stakeholders
- Lead the RFP, vendor evaluation and selection process
- Develop the implementation roadmap and manage delivery
- Lead the vendor relationship throughout implementation
- Coordinate system configuration, workflows, testing and data migration
- Partner with the business through change, training and rollout
- Manage project risks, milestones and executive reporting
What we're looking for
- Strong end-to-end project or systems implementation experience
- Experience delivering complex projects in larger organisations
- Good understanding of commercial contracts and contract conditions
- Experience with RFPs, vendor evaluation and technology vendors
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Ability to lead delivery from requirements through implementation and business adoption
- Confidence working across business, technical and executive stakeholders
- Previous CLM implementation experience would be highly regarded but isn't essential. Experience implementing ERP, CRM, procurement, workflow or other enterprise business systems could be equally relevant.
The opportunity
The new platform will replace an existing legacy solution and help the organisation manage hundreds of complex contracts, their obligations, actions and compliance requirements more effectively. This is a 12-month fixed-term, Alice Springs-based position and is not FIFO. You must be willing to relocate and live locally.
